This is a selection of photographs from around the countryside surrounding our holiday house in France. The farmland there is abundant in wildlife with so many trees and hedgerows, and there are great farm tracks one can explore! 

Tree Frog

These cute little tree frogs are regular visitors to my relatives garden in France! It took me a long time to find this little guy on the huge lawn, being green is clearly excellent camouflage! This picture was shot at night using the light of a torch!

When I was on holiday in France in late August I woke up most mornings before sunrise. Dawn remains my favorite time for taking photographs, especially flowers! This is a collection of some of such photographs! Many are from a really nice wild flower meadow I happened upon on my wanderings in the Lot Valley.
